Who we are

Nicheline is a content operations service run by Aleš, based in the EU. Contact: ales@nicheline.co.

What data we collect

We collect your name, email address, and practice name when you contact us, respond to our emails, or sign up for our service. If you become a client, we also store the content inputs you send us and any voice or tone preferences you share.

Why we collect it

We use your data to deliver our service, communicate with you about your content package, and send you initial outreach emails. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Legal basis for processing

For outreach emails: legitimate interest under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). We contact business email addresses that are publicly listed on practice websites or professional directories. For clients: contractual necessity under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

Who sees your data

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Workspace for document delivery. Both act as data processors under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

If you ask to be removed from our contact list, we delete your details within 7 days. Client data is kept for 12 months after the end of service, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email ales@nicheline.co. We will respond within 30 days.

How to opt out

Reply to any email with "remove" and we will delete your contact details and stop all communication immediately.
