Who we are

Nicheline is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. For anything related to your data, write to info@nicheline.co.

What data we collect

When you email us, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you write to us.

If we contacted you first, we found your business contact details in public sources such as your company website or public business registers.

When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as your IP address so the site can load and stay protected. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you and prepare an offer you asked for (steps before a contract).

To contact businesses about our services, based on our legitimate interest in B2B communication. You can object at any time and we will stop.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together. If we do, contracts and invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

Who processes it for us

Proton AG (email) and Cloudflare (website hosting, delivery and security). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its use, object to it, or ask for a copy. Write to info@nicheline.co.

You can also file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
